The new FCC/Forum Online provides increased performance

What to expect

The new FCC/Forum Online has been redesigned to improve the user experience.

  • On December 6, 2024, the new FCC/Forum Online will be available. You will not need to do anything. Your current username, password, and subscription will remain.
  • If you are online early on December 6th you may need to refresh your system to see the changes. We recommend you log out and log back in. If the current “Update Message” is present, you are viewing the old system.
  • Based on when you begin accessing the FCC/Forum Online on December 6th, the system may automatically log you out during the switch over and you may need to log back in to ensure you are working on the most up-to-date version of the FCC/Forum Online.
  • During the switchover, some transactional data and recent bookmarks and alerts may be lost. We will migrate all data; however, there may be a small window with a data gap when we are migrating data and activating the new system.
